Specialties: Taijutsu Her blood line limit is she needs to have an open wound to use ninjutsu or genjustu but, she does not need hand seals. to use her blood line limit she needs to know the hand seals to use the jutsu.
Bio: Hikari was raised in the viilge of the moon with michizane shinkoetsu. Her family trusted the shinkoetsu's, so they left her with them when they went out to war and never came back. she learnd jutsus very quickly after disovering her blood line limit wich scared most when it came to training in their academy. The teachers had to be told about this before she went to any new class. she learned what real battle was when she and Michizane was attacked outside of the village by bandits that tried to use them as hostages to get what they wanted, but the bandits had another thing coming instead of loot and plunder. Hikari also has a very large pet bat that has white fur and brown eyes.
Hijutsus (Adv. Techniques): Hikari was taught the family jutsu's when they where still with her.
Soul Arrow : this jutsu is designed to be efective against summons. it sends the summon back to where it came from by disrupting the energies in side them. it can't kill them. this attack was desingd to remove a soul out of a being that wich that soul did not belong in.
Bloody Blade: this attack is made from Hikari's blood this blade is like water soft one moment hard the next.
Fuso no jutsu: cloth spear. this is a very simple attack it uses chakra to manipulate a piece of cloth. it can harden the cloth move and straighten.
Fire Dance: This is an advanced Fire jutsu that is ment to be controlled by the user.(ie much like dosu's sound attacks.) this is easier to preform when in combo with the Fuso jutsu.
Final Ceremony: this is much like the twin snake scarifice jutsu but this will only work with two living people. and can result in a summon
summoning jutsu: you will know what it is when you see it.
