Ok, I just had a thought.
As a Christian, am I even allowed to play M rated games such as Halo 3, Call of Duty 4, Assassin's Creed etc.? I stay away from games like GTA and Manhunt, games with excessive cussing, sexual themes and such. I know it says in the Bible we aren't to kill but does killing a virtual code count? Is that the same as killing someone? I can understand if someone does it and thinks of someone they're on bad terms with but I just do it as a way to network with my friends and have fun.
This topic has been on my mind for awhile now actually and I've never actually gotten a clear answer on it. In my personal opinion, I think it's ok as long you keep in check as to why you're playing that game.
But I thought I'd post this on here and see what everyone thinks because I really don't want to stop playing Halo and Call of Duty but if I have to, then I have to.
