--Congradulations for making it into the Kongo Province. This province consists of mostly small towns with a few villages inbetween that are not even named. There are several more wealthier cities too but nearly all of those are run by corrupt officials & govenors. Enjoy your stay & if you break the law we will break you. Good day.--
Any of you remember the good ol' days of Kung Fu Theater? When a good kung fu movie had an either forgetful or overly used plot of sorts? When a movie could be your favorite despite you not knowing the name of a single actor in it? This roleplay's based on the old school low budget kung fu movies that spawned such classics such as Eagle's Claw & The Five Deadly Venoms.
Rules- Bleh. We all know this stuff so I'm skipping it until I unlazy myself into doing it.

Powers: Let's keep them relativly simple. No Dragon Ball Z, Inuyasha, or whatever the current popular martial arts anime is stuff. Most chi-focused attacks back then were either an invisible force pushing an enemy back or what looked like a strong gust of wind & unless you were a really old guy who did next to nothing his entire life aside from training in the martial arts doing such a thing was very difficult. This means a guy in his 20's couldn't be blasting away enemies all day long. Super strength & even invulnerability is allowed provided that you have a weakspot that when once hit you lose your power. Sure you can train to fight fast but none of that moving so fast that you become a blur on invisible crap. No real magic here though alchemy & such could be considered acceptable(such as claiming to be a magician though you're really just tossing bags of flaming gunpowder at people). Anything else I need to mention? Let me know. Moving on...

I was going to make some needlessly expansive & indepth location thing of every major city but seeing as this whole thing may flop that'd be a waste of time. So to shorten things...
Places of intrests:
Red Lion House- This place is the headquarters of the local gang ran by Fat Lo. Aside from being the meeting place of Fat Lo's gang the main floor is a gambling hall & the second floor serves as "guest rooms" for customers paying for the available girls in the establishment. Nearly every girl forced to work here is probably the sister of some young upstart fighter from one of the villages though so let the buyer beware & all...
The Inn- It's an Inn. Nuff said.
Crane Fort- Home of the local police soldiers & other officials. Visiting government officials tend to stay here as well. Unless summoned, the fort is off limits to the general public.
Tiger Villa- It's kind of like an Inn though only high class visitors can afford to stay here & enjoy the first class treatment.
Shaolin Temple- Wouldn't be a kung fu movie setting without one. Located high atop the mountains, this place is full of Shaolin monks & warriors. The training here is downright ridiculious but for those who make it through the journey is well worth it.
