How do you find the Animal pirates in the Disgaea 2 Item World?

It's hard to go after one group of pirate but I'll share what I did to find them all!
1. Equip all map's you have. Not to the group your using but to just made char. or people you don't plan to use in the item world.
2. Try and pick an legendry item that way you can find more then one group of pirate's before you full power an item.
3. I guess you can use a char. your trying to lvl cuz pirate's come out on the second turn of a floor or later. Hope this help's and sorry it took me so long to answer you.
