I love the show, not so much for the book though (I only read the first book out of the series by Cecily von Ziegesar, it's totally different from the tv show by the way!). I really love the clothes on that show, totally have every style on there. From flashy and elegant (Blair Waldorf) to funky-cool downtown (Serena) and all the rest. Anyone else addicted to the show? Do you like the clothes? Whose clothes would you love to own on that show? For me it would definitely be Serena, though Blair's clothes look amazing as well. Sigh. A girl can dream.. whee If only we all had all the money in the world to spend on clothes like the girls from the Upper East side... *envies* *I especially like her handbag and leather jacket in this photo, though it looks a lot better on tv. The jacket I mean.

GG is definitely my new obsession. I love the new show and have taken to signing my e-mails XOXO like they do on the show. I actually quite like the books but I understand that certain thing, like the language, drug use, certain plot lines, have to be edited. I hope in the next life I come back as an Upper East Sider. I personally like a little bit of all of the girls' styles. Jenny's ability to make something cheap look luxe, Serena's effortless style, and Blair's sophisticated look. It's hard to believe that I only watched the first episode because Kristen Bell was narrating it and now I don't think I would dare miss one.

For a lot of shows/networks you can go online and look up which channel it should be in your area. Or just figure out which channel you have the CW on.

I've only seen a few episodes but I think I'd prefer Blaire's closet, even though I hate her.

I like how blair dresses. Personally it bothers me how most if not all the girls when they show school shots wear flats. it looks really weird especially when it's suppose to be winter. I'd assume they'd wear a mores substantial shoe.

Haha, I love that scarf even more now. I want one for next winter, since this one will be over by the time I get one. I love this icon I saw on livejournal that says "Best threesome ever: Chuck, Blair and scarf."

I've seen a few episodes, I've never read the books though, I think the actors are really great (and the men especially attractive :q ..as shallow as that sounds).

I think that's part of the point. A lot of them grew up in a world where money and looks account for where your place in the world is. So I would assume they would go out of their way to find actors and actresses who not only could act, but were extremely attractive. BTW, the scarf, does anybody know where I might find one? I am not having a lot of luck on my own. Maybe I'll try to make one myself.
