What steps do you guys go through when you are lubricating your cube? Do you clean it then spray? What do you use? I want as little resistance as possible.

I usually just pop out a piece and spray some silicone oil into the hole and play with it for a while. It might feel sticky and stiff at first, but it loosens up after a while.
