Is it alright if my squad is the attack squad..i'll describe it more clearly right now.
- A squad that in cases of emergency is sent out instead of taking random members of other squads. They are used mostly in times of war and when a great threat is in soul society. Usually they are like most squads and the majority of there force remains in soul society but when worst comes to worst you can call squad one to go to the real world and work there magic ^.^ if thats not ok then i'll think of something else I guess.

Actually... I think it's pretty clear in the Division names that Division 10 is the division that deals with all Real World complications... o_o;
Though I suppose it would be better put as 'Back-up and assistance Force' For when things get REALLY out of control, for instance an Arrancar invasion [Though in our case, two or more of the 'new' Arrancar]

First, it's AxeL xD I think you overlook the l at the end.
And I never said it was a BAD idea, I just stated that we have the Tenth division for that.
Though you COULD suggest to Samusen and who-ever is currently in charge of Tenth division to discuss what you can do, for instance ask the leader of tenth if you could deal with the Real World, and that they get a different job.
Though as I said; You could also take it upon you to become the attack force that's sent when word comes to the Gotei 13 that something's horribly wrong.

Talk to Samusen and the one in control of Tenth Division, see if he or she is willing to change jobs with your division.
If not, tough luck. Either think of another job, or think of something that derides from it.
For instance what I said before; Back-up and Assistance for large combat. [When two or more of the Six Masks appear, for instance. Which takes a large power to be taken care of.]
