Hey guys, yeah the title doesn't do much but...basically.....My bf broke up with me last night and now I'm feeling really really really down in the dumps and such.

Men? Who needs em?! You're young, you're pretty, you're sweet and you're funny! Its gonna hurt for a little while, nothing can fix that, just stay positive and when you least expect if you'll find someone better who will make you happier!

Exactly what Blue said, Kitty. Don't let 'em get to you. You're a great person, you don't need any specific man - or any man for that thought - to be great.
However break-up IS painful, I'm sure you know it as well as anybody. So here's some great tips to help you cope...
-Exercise. It does relieve stress. If you already exercise regularly, change some aspect of your workout (like, bike instead of yoga).
-Practice deep breathing and stretching. Put aside like 10 minutes of every hour to stretching/easy breathing/etc.
-Eat a little healthier. I know it's weird break-up advice, but it DOES help with stress. A good diet can help cope.
-Do not purposely try to think about it, but don't purge it from your mind either. If the topic comes to mind, sit back, relax... think slowly, don't jump to conclusions...
-Put aside more time than usual to stuff you enjoy. Say you like carousel rides... go on one every day. Recreation.

it's better to have nobody than somebody who is half yours, half there or doesn't want to be there. or is there then suddenly disappears.
