Welcome to the Hostest Gaians Of Gaia guild! One of the most important keys to success here is reading and following the rules, so lets get down to business.
Rules for guild members
1. No flaming
This guild is for fun loving people that want to get away from the chatter box and have actual conversations without all that bullshit like in the chatterbox. so be kind to one an other and be respectful.
2. Post in the right forums
The main guild forum is off topic conversations. The sub forums are
threads for the other types of questions and conversations (such as avatar rates, art, videogames and what not) .
Post any questions in the main forum.
3. Have fun
Take it easy and have a good time in the guild, we like to meet new and great people !
4. No begging.
Any form of asking for free items is considered begging. All the members in this guild work hard for their items so please do not beg.
5. Make new threads Responsibly
Please limit the amount of threads you make per day. If you have multiple questions or concerns, it is suggested that you make your own question thread, in which you may post all your questions and update with new ones.
Please make sure that you are not making a new thread that involves the same topics and questions as another still active thread. A thread is considered active if it is still on the first or second page.
6. No Thread Hijacking
This will not be allowed and no member has the right to do so.
7. Follow The ToS rules of gaia
8. Don't necro without a good reason (necroing means bumping a very old thread). This rule applies to most threads: There's no good reason to necro most threads. The discussion is long over, so necroing is rude and confusing.
A few examples of what you CAN necro:
- Quest threads if you, the thread author, are still questing
- Contests if you, the thread creator, are still running that contest
- Archival threads that still have potential. This means threads like picture posts, etc, where you ask for submissions from users and collect them in the first post(s). If you, the thread creator, wish to actually continue such a thread, then you may bring it back
Necroing random threads just to be a d**k will probably get you banned outright.
9.Do Not Make Threads Disputing Moderator Actions. If a thread is locked or deleted, do not make a thread about that thread. The thread was locked or deleted for a reason, and you're only furthering the problem by continuing the thread in a new one. If a user is banned, do not make a thread "why was ____ banned". If you wish to dispute, the proper channel to do so is via PM.
10.Don't Block The Moderators. Blocking us impairs our ability to do our jobs, which is run this guild. You will be banned until you remove us from your ignore list.
11. No Page Stretching. That includes pictures and text.
12. try to be somewhat literate please, keep L337 speak, noob speak and your hood grammar to a minimum please and thank you.
(reading all those words with broken english or #'s can be really hard to some) while everyone is not perfect in spelling, don't be a grammar nazi.
please tell them to stop if they are doing it on purpose.
13. Please print screen things that are needed to be brought to my attention. I need to see whats going on (like if i Page stretch).
or if some one breaks a rule or is abuseing powers.
Other Information:
Intentional disruption of the guild is reported. No trolling, flaming threats, stalking or generally harassing behavior is allowed.
Your mule accounts are welcome.
Rape and Molest threads are not allowed anywhere on gaia, you cannot make them here.

If you are caught breaking any of these rules, you will be subject to punishment, which goes as follows:
First infraction: Warning
Second infraction: 7-Day Temporary Ban
Third Infraction: Perma-Ban
These are to be taken seriously and moderators will be issuing warnings
appropriately.

In addition to the normal rules, the moderators have their own set of rules, which will be posted here for reference:
Moderator Rules:
1. Don't be rude to the members
2. Don't edit posts or topics.
3. Don't give your friends any different rules than the ones made
for this guild.
4. Enforce the guild rules.
5. Help people with their questions, even if you have seen the questions
a 1000 times before. If you don't want to answer it again than give a link
to the last time someone asked the same question.
6. DO NOT delete threads, move them into the graveyard.
7. Be active, if you are a moderator for this guild you will need to be active. Every 3-4 months I demote mods who are no longer active
and get new members to become mods. If you can no longer be active
or don't want to help the guild anymore please PM me.

pm me (vice captain) , or sondie (Captain) and let me or her know straight away, if you can take a screen shot that's even better.
