You've probably noticed that I am the new leader here. me and Bill_M had some discussions, and we made an agreement that I would become the new leader, soon some changes that I believe are for the better, including implementing some more "democracy" a limited version, (because true Democracy is nearly impossible to implement, anywhere.)

Some features of this will be the establishment of a Council, and "Local" governments for the subforums.
