1. No Godmoding!

2. Kage's make the official decisions on Ranks. (Academy Student/Genin/Chunin/Special Jonin/Jonin/Sannin).

3. No Killing without Kage's Permission

4. Stay Active. Kage's can all kick and will watch there own village.

5. Kage's can revive people from there own village. (if killed in village wars where death is possible without permission. you just need to get beat down enough for a Kage to say you died)

6. No Flaming.

7.follow Gaia's rules.

8. Keep person arguments to pms unless it absolutely requires a Kage in which case you pm him and he will open a specific thread for each of you to say your side of the story then he will fix it if possible, if not finish it yourselves in pms or we will take actions against the one(s) who started it by reading the thread where it started.. (This rule is special. those who break this and spam the threads with their arguments will be banned immediately.

9. Forbidden Jutsu made be usable but don't go overboard with them. Each Kage will set their limits and which Jutsu are forbidden in their village. Overuse or spam of the technique will get a warning/suspension/ or ban.

10. Sharingen and Byuakugan are possible but if you become overly powerful and "nearly invincible" because of them the kage can make it have a limited use/time duration during a fight.

11. Failure to follow the battle rules will cause you to be punished appropriately. (posted in another announcement)

12. Oh and not really a rule but ALL GUILD GHOSTS WILL BE KICKED!
