You do of course know the legend of Sylar? No. Perhaps it is best we tell you." You can hear movment behind the blinding light there is a shifting of two chairs, one has wheels the other does not. The chair with wheels makes a noice as someone sits back down in it.
"Slyar was a man, he could kill people like you and take thier ability as his, own, with near instant mastery of the ability. He was able to kill most of the people with abilities, but he for some reason disapeared, It's been too long now for him to still be alive. However there are certain events that have transpired, that lead us to believe he is either still alive or someone has become a copycat. Reguardless, this individual is immensely powerful, and has no reguard for human life. Also, I would be cautios of anyone you see with the helix on thier arms."
The ligths instantly go out, leaving you blinded, as you were just getting used to the bright light. A folder lands in your lap, It's thick, probably has a lot of information in it. There is a sharp pain in your neck, and you awake in a hotel, on fifth street. There is a note on the desk next to the bed, "In that folder, is some basic information covering Sylar's Abilities, and his legend, There is also a number and adress, to contact Mister Suresh."

Since the series is unfinished this will be apart from the standard storyline. An alternate line, where sylar was alive but the main characters are however, inactive and as such only available to help in certain situations, like the overpowered character you get for one level of the game that leaves you, afterward.
This takes place under the assumption that everyone that is alive at the begining of Parasites is still alive, as such, Peter Patrelli is alive and well somewhere. There are those like sylar who wish to hunt down and kill the others. And there are those Also LIke Hiro who beyond everything else believe that the world must be saved.
Inside the folder there is firstly a disk, in an unmarked case. it is labled 'Sylar'. Behind it is a paper, The title page is blank Aside from the word Sylar. The first page inside of that reads, "Sylar's name was Gabriel Grey, he was an unremarkable man, he was a watch repair man. HE lived in New York, He quickly met with Doctor Chandra Suresh, who ws looking for people who had a certian codons in the DNA. Sylar was one of the first he found. He was infuriated to find that Dr. Suresh was unable to find any trace of an ability in him. He laft, grabbing a single Sticky note from a folder. The note held the adress and name of BRian Davis. He went to meat this man, and killed him later. He later returned to Suresh, and demonstratred his new found telekinetic power. After time He and Suresh began working to gether and later had a falling out rulting in Doctor Suresh's untimely death."
The folowing twenty pages contained detailed reports, on Sylar's final abilities, last know whereabouts, his life, his descent, and his personal life before he killed Brian Davis. The next multitude of packets, ahd less detailed reports on all deaths involving Sylar in any way shape or form. There wer emaybe forty five victim packets in there. The disk contained a recording of a conversation between Doctor Mohinder Suresh and Gabriel Grey.

I really shouldn't have to post rules, we all know what they are, but as a vestage to simpler times.
1. NO excessive swearing, nothing that wouldn't be acceptable in a non PG-17 enviroment
2. NO excessive gore, yes Sylar cuts peoples heads onpen, but it is gracefully depicted.
3. If you are to get accepted, provide a link or the helix somewhere in your profile.
4. BE atleast some what literate.
5. Also, title your PM Dr. Suresh.
6. Your character may be rud,e but you in any OOC contexty may not be, I will request a mod blacklist you, and block you from my threads, yes all of them.
7. Your spoken words must be in a specified color. for instance I will take indigo.
8. your actions and others must remain in black.
9. OOC coments an speaking must go in double parenthesis ((this is OOC))
10. Since the mutation is not limited to north america, you may use a foriegn character even speak anoth language, but, ya must have areasonable explination, even something as simple as "My parents taught my Manderian, to keep tradition strong."
11. I have the right to edit or blacklist anyone I wish, this rule is applicable retroactively.

History: When Valerie was 17 she noticed that she was able to do things that she couldn't before. She first noticed this when her brother had won, hundreds of Dispopular trivia games even tournemnts, and i manifested in herwhen her brother was shot and killed. He was killed on his way home from college, a man wanted his car, and shot him through the head, just outside of thier families home. Valerie was from that point on able to remember almost anyhting. She claimed to her parents that it was almost like her brother was living through her.
They thought she was crazy, and sent her to a mental ward, to be psychoanalyzed. She was but in lock down for a year. In that time she met some one else, who was like her, This man's name, James Zehetner, he was a telekinetic. In the year she was inprisoned, it had changed her, she had become cruel, and she killed him, after he had shown her his ability, he was a master, and he explained it was why they locked him up.
She snuck out of her room on the last night of his sentence, and hung him with his own clothes. she was able to quickly get transferred. To prevent such a tragic thing from happening to other people. She was on the same car as Ted Sprague who also had a powerful ability he destroyed the car and made a break for it only after throwing Valerie clear of any police envolvement. She for the next few years, with her limited resources found three others and killed them, all as a tribute to the man who earlier had done the same. It was here she took up the alias Sylas.

"Who are you? A man yelled as he ran in to an alleyway, "Why are you chasing me?" He ran into a barbed wire fence. hee had cut his leg and he fell to the ground weeping.
"My name is Sylas, you are special, I want to help you. Show me what you can do." His eyes were entirely focused on her, she flicked her hand and a spike fell down on a fire escape, it was sticking out at a ninety degree angle to the escape. "I apolagise for scaring you, but I do not wish to harm you."
"Ok, here." He threw his hand out and a fire ball shot towards her. She was able to dodge it, and land next to a wall. "Thank you." She raised her hand and raised the man up, and impaled him on the spike. He fell down three stories, the impact shook the spike out of him.
She again held out her hand, and melted the spike down on hte asphalt. She smiled, and walked out of the alley way.
((I will be adding how she got the other powers, and after that this wil be open.))

"Good evening Miss McConal, I am one of doctor Suresh's assistents, He firstly wishes that I tell you he regrets not being able to make it however, there was something that prevented him from attending." She was in a small suburb of Providence. She was standing In the door way, of a slightly large building. "Alright come in. I'm not sure what to do but I have to show you what happened this morning." The older women Invited Sylas in, she slightly bowed her head and smiled.
In her kitchen there was a man wrapped in blankets shivering. "Is that the doctor?" The man asked. "I'm actuallly his assistent I rather he was unable to come, he was otherwise, tied up. What happened though?" The man opened the blanket with his left arm, his entire right side was frozen to the chair, incased in crstal clear ice. She took astep back, and again smiled.
"Well that is interesting, isn't it. How did this happen?" Sylas asked the woman. The woman looked down ashamed, then back up at her husband who nodded at her. "Can we talk away from the children. They might hear us, and I don't want them to see thier father like this." The woman led Sylas outside into an empty courtyard.
"I think it was a mistake of me coming here. I should be going." Slyas said as she started walking away from the families house. "NO please you have to fix this. YOu have to kill me, I know I'm the one doing this, He'll live it isn't covering his heart, and he isn't cold yet. but if I'm alive and we get like we were again, this will happen again and he'll die. Please.
Sylas turned around, "Show me on the fence." The woman froze a part of the fence after consentrating for a couple minutes. "I don't want to but you want me to." Sylas slowly raised her right hand and she lit the woman on fire.
