Led Zeppelin
no question; Led Zeppelin is the best. There are lots of bands that come close, but nobody compares to the awesomeness of Led Zeppelin. Other bands come and go, but everyone loves Led Zeppelin. Trust me there is at least one song out there that everybody loves. Even people that listen to rap. Hell just look at Puff Daddy. he did a remake of Kashmir.

My Chemical Romance is a really awesome band as well. Not exactly diverse, but the lyrics speak to lots of people, mostly Teenagers. They put on an amazing live show too.
