Ok, this will be the beginning, summers day in Feudal Japan and such, warring lords and such with ninja samurai and so on, I will be a guy in this I suppose, multiple chars are very welcomed.

The day was as hot. It seemed as though the very flesh was being boiled off of the soldiers skin as they stood gaurd over the southern check point to one of the many roads that led to Kyoto, the capital. Men, women, and children stood in ridiculously long lines to pay their tolls to get through. The war was getting bad and many feared for their lives and fled. A man wearing a straw hat and a sword at his side melded in with the crowd trying to keep as hidden as possible.
