Kso. I am REALLY annoyed by what Halloween has become in our culture.
And I have to rant about it somewhere. Where better than, in my guild? xD

anyway. It's all about hallmark and candy bullshit, crappy Walgreens-bought
costumes now. Trick or Treating here, is TOMORROW[sunday] from 3:30 - 5
pm, even. It's not even ON Halloween. So, it really is going to be over before
it even starts. And you dont even get ot go t.o.t'ing in the dark.
nobody cares about what Halloween used to be about anymore. you dont
even see people with real spooky costumes. Most people aren't even dead
for halloween.
of course I should have figured this would happen. This has happened to
every other holiday ever, and, even to birthdays, and everything else outside
of that anyway. but its total bullshit and I'm sick of it.
anyway, I'm hoping I can go to the cemetery on wed. and do something
REAL Hallows-eveish. Today my parents had a halloween party and, I was
TBP-looking. ;3 Tomorrow handing out candy I think I'll be Eric Draven.
