Honestly, I have trouble with photoshop, but my dad says that it's better than paintshop, and that you can make your own brushes with photoshop.
Yeah, some of the things on photoshop are better, and more customizability, but, I'm not all too sure on how to make any other brush on there besides these
D:
but I don't have the full trial version of paintshop, so ... blah.
which do you guys prefer, and how do you make more unusual brushes?
I'm lost and blaghed!

Eh. I've tried both programs, and to me Photoshop isn't as user friendly as Paint Shop. On top of that Paint Shop Pro is like 1/7 of the price of Photoshop. I know which one i'll stick with XP As far as Photoshop brushes go, i cant help sweatdrop

My dad told me that photoshop is what professionals use, but I'm not a pro, so I'm hopeless whenever it comes to good photoshop pictures D:

True. Not much point going through all that time trying to learn something if you can do the exact same thing much easier in another program. Is your father a graphics designer or something?

So I've heard D:
But then again so is almost every field of work, to always be better at your job than others, and never stop learning

xD I always think of competitive knitting and it makes me giggle. Today I saw someone on youtube draw this guy straight from the photo, and it looked EXACTLY like him. It wigged me out. I practice a different style, but I still think I won't be able to even do that ever lol. But that's a way to set your mind up for extreme pessimism. D:
