Second True Illusion [C-Class/Genjutsu/Supplementary/Short Range]
Tadamasa creates a genjutsu using his Crow Eyes and his killing intent. As they glance into his golden eyes, they freeze in fear. In this split second, he gains a massive advantage in the battle.
Cost: 10 Chakra, 5 Stamina
Stat Modification: Lowers Tadamasa's critical roll by 2.

Infusing his blade with Wind Elemental Chakra, Tadamasa swings the blade upwards towards his opponent at an incredible speed. The chakra spreads off the blade in a large amount of smaller cutting edges that speed off to cut the target. While the chakra infused wind is deadly if not blocked against, the range for this attack is relatively short (10-15 ft). The attack is usually used after Tadamasa locks swords with an enemy, only to use Mugen's speed increase to create an opening for it.

Character Description:
As Konohagakure's resident wealthy eccentric, Tadamasa looks the part. His face is flawless and beautiful, with a pair of violet-blue eyes and shoulder length blonde hair. His body is very thin in nature, his features almost like a predatory bird. He tends to wear a tight fitting zippered sleeveless black shirt with a pair of black pants. Over that, he'll wear any number of high collared jackets to long fur lined ones- anything he thinks will make him look cool. The Karasu Ousama tome is belted to his lower back or chained to the outside of his jackets, anywhere where it is both easily accessable to him and easy to protect.
His personality hasn't changed over the years. He's very friendly, and even while owning one of the largest stores in Konoha and being the heir to the Karasutengu Throne, he's still trying to help out everyone he can. He is young and charasmatic, and would make a good leader if he had more motivation.

Tadamasa's Weapons-
Mugen, Short Range-
Type: Physical, Lethal
Damage: Power +3
Tadamasa's most precious sword. It is the sword that signifies his status as the new lord of the Karasutengu. Tadamasa has bonded it within himself, and can release it whenever he wishes. When it is in use, it allows him a second action in combat.
Ryusei, Short to Long Range-
Type: Physical, Lethal
Damage: Power +2
Cost: 2 Chakra to throw
A short dao-like blade that, when flooded with chakra, grows and extends the blade into a wing. It can be thrown like a boomerang and will return to Tadamasa when he becons it.
Ame-Onna and Yuki-Onna, Short Range-
Type: Physical, Blunt
Damage: Power
Stat Modification: Defense +2
A pair of Tessen, one white and blue, the other white and silver. They are mainly used for defensive combat.
Amakuni, Short Range-
Type: Physical, Lethal
Damage: Power +5, Adds 2 damage along with penetration through all non-chakra armors when boosted with his own chakra.
Cost: 2 Chakra per Post
Stat Modification: -2 Speed
An overly large sword with serrated teeth jutting off the blade. The handle is long, and a special chakra powered device is placed above the handguard. When activated, a machine begins to turn the teeth, speeding them across the blade. With this weapon, Tadamasa can carve his way through armor, doors, buildings, nearly whatever blocks his path.

Tadamasa carries a long set of chains in his armory. On each end, there is a weight, and the metal it is composed of is very strong. When he is using these in combat, he will generally have one of his smaller swords in his other hand.
Kamui, Short Range-

A combined blade and gauntlet that grows forth from Tadamasa's left arm. It is a translucent piece of equipment which glows with an ethereal light. When it passes through a person, it does not cut flesh or armor. It does, however, sever the target's internal chakra bonds, thereby weakening them without killing them outright. Without the weapon activated, it appears only as golden-white threads wrapping his forearm and traveling up around his shoulder and upper chest.
Tsunzakigarasu, Short to Medium Range-
Type: Physical, Lethal
Damage: Power +1 (Hand to Hand)
3 Elemental (Lightning) Damage Thrown
Rather than a single knife, 'Tsunzakigarasu' is a type of knife coming from the armory. He had these created after his jutsu of the same name, and has had an almost immesurable amount created. They are straight, thin blades with a short, yellow handle. When thrown, they generate and release an electrical charge upon entering the target.
