Know Kidōu Guide

Binding Spells:

1. Restrain (sai) — Locks a target's arms in place behind their back.

4. Crawling Rope (hainawa) — An energy rope entangles a target's arms.

9. Strike (geki) — Engulfs a target in red light, completely paralyzing them.
Incantation: Disintegrate, you black dog of Rondanini! Look upon yourself with horror and then claw out your own throat! (Jikai seyo, rondanini no kuro inu! Ichidoku shi, yaki harai. Mizukara nodo o kaki kiru ga ī!!)

58. Summoning of the Tracking Sparrows (kakushitsuijaku) — Tracks and locates any spiritual force the user focuses on. To activate it, the user must draw a circle on the ground, cut into four parts with a specific character in each. The incantation animates the circle, causing various numbers to appear within until the specific set is found. The number set seems to be a variation on longitude and latitude.
Incantation: Heart of the south, eye of the north, finger of the west, foot of the east, arrive with the wind and depart with the rain. (Minami no shinzō, kita no hitomi, nishi no yubisaki, higashi no kibisu, kaze mochite tsudoi ame haraite chire!)

61. Six Rods Prison of Light (rikujōkōrō) — Summons six thin, but wide, beams of light that slam into a target's midsection, holding them in place. Referred to as "Six Rod Light Restraint" in the English manga.
Incantation: Carriage of thunder. Bridge of a spinning wheel. With light, divide this into six. (Raimei no basha, itoguruma no kangeki, hikari mote kore o mutsu ni wakatsu.)

75. Quintet of 1 kan Iron Pillars (gochūtekkan) — Summons five incredibly tall and thick pillars to pin a target to the ground.
Incantation: Walls of ironsand, a priestly pagoda, glowing ironclad fireflies. Standing upright, silent to the end. (Tessu no kabe sōgyō no tō shakutetsu keikei tanzen toshite tsuini oto nashi)

77. Heavenly Rickshaws in Silken Air (tenteikūra) — Transmits messages to anyone within Soul Society. In addition to reciting the spell, the user must draw specific markings on their arms, which are animated by the spell to convey the messages.
Incantation: Black and white net. Twenty-two bridges, sixty-six crowns and belts. Footprints, distant thunder, sharp peak, engulfing land, hidden in the night, sea of clouds, blue line. Form a circle and fly through the heavens. (Kokubyaku no ami! Nijūni no kyōryō, rokujūroku no kantai. Ashiato, enrai, senpō, kaichi, yafuku, unkai, aoi tairetsu. Taien ni michite ten o hashire!)

99, Part 1. Seal (kin) — Binds the arms of a target with spiritual fabric and iron shafts.

99, Part 2. Great seal (bankin) — This spell covers a target from head to toe with spiritual fabric (first song), stabs them with numerous metal blades (second song), and then smashes them with an immense metal cube (final song).
Incantation: First song: halting fabric, second song: hundred linked bolts, final song: great seal of 10,000 forbiddings. (Shokyoku: Shiryū, Nikyoku: Hyakurensan, Shūkyoku: Bankin Taihō)

White Crawl (hakufuku) — Momo Hinamori uses this spell while imprisoned to knock out a guard and destroy everything within a certain radius of herself. The anime suggests that it is a binding spell, but doesn't number it.

Mirror Door (kyōmon) — Tōshirō Hitsugaya used this to seal Momo Hinamori's hospital room. It creates a glass-like barrier which is difficult to break from the outside, but quite simple to break from the inside.

Reverse Demon (hanki) — This technique nullifies an opponent's movement by hitting them with a perfectly opposite surge of energy. Yoruichi uses this against Soifon's shunkō.

Destructive Spells:

4. White Lightning (byakurai) — Fires a concentrated bolt of lightning from the caster's forefinger.

31. Shot of Red Fire (shakkahō) — Fires a ball of red energy at a target.
Incantation: Ye Lord! Mask of blood and flesh, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Inferno and pandemonium, The sea barrier surges, March on to the south! (Kunrinsha yo! Chiniku no kamen, banshō, habataki, HITO no na o kansu mono yo! Shōnetsu to sōran, umihedate sakamaki minami e to ho o susume yo!)
The English dub incorrectly identifies this as Hado 33, with the full incantation as "Ruler, mask of flesh and blood, all things in the universe fly! That which names all things in nature, gathering at heat and war, beyond the seas in reverse, take steps to the south! Hado 33, Shakkahou Red Flame Cannon!”

33. Blue Fire, Crash Down (sōkatsui) — Fires a burst of blue spiritual energy at a target in a similar manner to 31, but over a wider area and with more power.
Incantation: Ye Lord! Mask of flesh and bone, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Truth and temperance, Upon this sinless wall of dreams unleash but slightly the wrath of your claws! (Kunrinsha yo! Chiniku no kamen, banshō, habataki, HITO no na o kansu! Shinri to sessei, tsumi shirame yume no kabe ni wazuka ni tsume o tate yo!)

54. Abolishing Flames (haien) — Fires a blast of purple spiritual energy that will incinerate a target completely when it makes contact.

63. Thunder Roar Cannon (aikōhō) — Fires a massive wave of yellow energy at a target.
Incantation: Sprinkled on the bones of the beast! Sharp tower, red crystal, steel ring. Move and become the wind, stop and become the calm. The sound of warring spears fills the empty castle! (Sanzai suru, kemono no kotsu! Sentō, kōshō, kōtetsu no sharin. Ugokeba kaze, tomareba sora. Yariutsu neiro ga kōjō ni michiru!)

63. Twin Lotus Blue Fire, Crash Down (sōren sōkatsui) — Essentially a doubled version of #33, this spell fires two shots of blue fire with greater potency than the single-shot variety. This spell is equally as difficult to cast and control as Raikōhō, therefore they both share the same number.
Incantation: Mask of blood and flesh, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! On the wall of blue flame, inscribe a twin lotus. In the abyss of conflagration, wait at the far heavens. (Chiniku no kamen, banshō, habataki, hito no na o kansu! Sôka no kabe ni sôren o kizamu, taika no fuchi o enten ni te matsu!)

90. Black Coffin (kurohitsugi) — Forms a box of black energy around a target, which is then pierced by dozens of energy "spears", lacerating the one inside from head to toe. Its appearance and function is reminiscent of a common magician's trick, as well as certain torture devices used during the Spanish Inquisition.

Age In Soul Society

In the Soul Society people age much slower then in the human world. To caculate one's age you either take their actual age and devide it by four, showing you what their age would be in the human world. And if you look, say, 20 years old then you would be 80 in the Soul Society.

Basicly a Soul Societly year is four(4) Human world years.

Arrancar

An arrancar is a hollow that has removed its mask and gained shinigami powers. Few hollows have the potential to remove their masks normally, and even if they manage it the change is not significant. Arrancar and ordinary hollows differ in two ways: the location of their holes and the near-total disappearance of their masks. When hollows become arrancar, the chances of them retaining a humanoid form increase with their intelligence; only vasto lorde-class arrancar will definitely assume a humanoid form. If powerful enough, an arrancar can seal his or her excess power into the form of a zanpakutō. Unlike with shinigami, this zanpakutō is simply the hollow's true form sealed into a sword. Therefore, an arrancar's release of their zanpakutō is merely a temporary restoration of their former selves. An arrancar release is called resurrección (Spanish for "resurrection"). Arrancar do not have a known second release.

Vaizards

The vizard are a group of rogue shinigami in the anime and manga series Bleach who have illegally acquired hollow powers. The vizard are the antithesis to the arrancar; they are shinigami who have obtained hollow powers and whose shinigami powers remain dominant (although they do have to undergo a process and maintain their dominance over their hollow), while the arrancar are hollows that have obtained shinigami powers and whose hollow powers remain dominant. Having begun as shinigami, the vizard appear entirely human. Unlike the arrancar, they do not have holes or partial masks (common traits of transformed hollows) anywhere on their body, though they can produce masks on demand, and they carry zanpakutō like normal shinigami. When using their hollow powers, a vizard's appearance does not change except for the mask on their face and the color of their eyes, with the whites of their eyes turning black and the irises gold. This process of donning one's hollow mask is referred to as "Hollowification". In battle, the vizard use their hollow powers to augment their shinigami abilities, granting them massive increases in speed, stamina, and strength. They also gain access to some of the common hollow abilities, such as cero blasts. Bodily harm can seemingly be ignored while wearing their masks.
