I kinda do and kinda don't. they'll ruin it but it'll be fun to see how they portray different worlds and different characters.

There are only three decent book to movies I've ever watched. Harry Potter 1, Narnia, and Lord of the Rings. Or at least that I've read the book and seen the movie. I've gotten to the point where I don't compare anymore.

U know, (comparing to other books-to-movies) they would also skip a lot of details just so the film can last at least 1 hour and 40 minutes. IF there is such a movie coming out, we, as a united guild, should go to the official sites to see who are the actors playing the characters and comment on if the characters match the descriptions in the book or not cuz I wont stand for bad imitations 3nodding 3nodding 3nodding 3nodding 3nodding 3nodding

Mornzara I got kicked out of a theater for comparing movie to book. You got kicked out of a theater? O.o Well that's rediculous, I mean, come on. You're entitled to have an opinion and if the opinion is stated through comparison then so be it! That would make me angry. XD

Yesh. And Characters in the movies never match my impressions of them from the books. Except maybe Dumbledore. but only the Dumby from the first two movies. And they did a good job on Luna too.

It really would be hard to make a movie out of this. Just because there is soooooo much and the details are so important. I wouldn't mind watching a 5 hour movie if it was good and had everything. I just hate how so much has to be left out.
