My interest is on holiness and all the expressions that ALLAH has for his creation. We have many choices of holiness laid before us. We have an array of goods that Allah has provided for us. Why, then do we chose to be unholy?
Satan wants us to chose anything BUT Allah. Satan wants to destroy us. The the path of destruction is always the road that is "not God." Western culture seems hellbent in chosing the path that is "not God!" Why do we want to chose anything that is apart from Allah, when Allah is the creator and the All Wise? Why would we argue and fight against what is for our highest good? To do so is a type of madness.
This does not mean we have to be serious all the time and angry. For example, this Guild is a Divine Idea in the mind of God and Maha has done a very good thing here! We can rejoice in our friendships and be glad to have this place to meet and to strengthen each other to live our lives that are in keeping with God's Holy Will!
Is this not so? How do I mistate the case? Please do correct me!

The reason why people are turning away from God is because they cannot see Him and most people like to see the 'fruits of their labour' in the time that they are alive and not dead. People like immediate gratification not long-term..........
Most people know that they are going to die one day but they have it burried into the deep corners of their minds. So, when questons about why they don't spend more time remembering God....they do not feel guilty when making excuses such as 'I have a lot of work to do!' when they actually don't. But, research on 9/11 has shown that after 9/11 happened their was an increase of people going to church, etc. because then they did not feel immortal any more.
In western culture even though technology has greatly increased people always feel their is a lack of time........so praying is not a top priority in their list of things to do. Also, since western culture stresses success of the individual a lot in what he does in this lifetime people stop thinking God is important. Also, since people usually tend to copy the majority way of life.....even immigrants that come to a western culture usually lose their past values (depeding on their age when they came and some other factors.....)

Well. If u don't do what ALLAH whant u to do, u must be weak. And yes, some bad things are wery funny. But we must do what ALLAH whant us to do, if we don't wana burn A WERY LONG TIME.
