Well we need more people to apply for the rank and we need to see them contribute to the guild as much as possible. Then I'll make my discesion.

Okay I may just be picky and I know I am an imperfect being and may be a little hypocritical in my judgment but I think a lot of the profiles that we have received for the spots of captain are quite inadequate. There simply isn't enough quality to the profiles for my taste. Like I don't know if maybe they didn't spend enough time on their profiles or what but things need to be stepped up. Captains and moderators need to be the ones who are leading by example and so we have to be as literate as we can. Personally I don't think some of the profiles cut it. Most show potential but I think they need to try harder if they want to become captains.
Also not to sound like an a** but I am finding some of the profiles that have been accepted to be quite the same. Like not trying to pick on you Halo but I don't think you should be allowed to use your avatar as a reference picture to your character. That and your overall profile is lacking in information. I know I am missing some info myself but I think my profile is satisfactory at the least where as some others need to add a little more information. Like I don't mean to pick on Halo cause some others have similar problems and you know what maybe so do I but no one has complained about my profile to me yet.

No, your perfectly right Ivyn. We can't accept captains who don't give a rat's a**. Should we make them make it literte and have them give a writing sample? Sorry Halo, but I agree.

I am not so sure about making them give us a writing sample but they should defiantly step up on their profiles.

oh and another thing. Don't include the bio section in your profiles if u are not going to tell us anything. I don't see where that makes sense. lol Tell me if I am going too far razz

Sorbain could add more information to his soul slayers abilities.
Sachiko Inochi's bio is not needed in her profile if thats all she is going to put.
Loki has the same problem as Sachiko Inochi. His soul slayer is also something that I haven't heard of before. I haven't heard the passing down of soul slayers.
I think thats all. I am sure I could find things wrong with the others but I am too lazy lol

Yeah, I'll tell them to change that. Soul Slayers are forged of your own soul and spirit energy, therefor they can not be passed down.
