Uh... Actually, Meta Knight makes the best boss. I enjoy causing him harm, and defeating him without loosing a single hit point. xd

I like those finall bosses in those games where you normally have to defeat a boss like 3 times before winning. I think its something fun yet challenging to do!

Hmm, I like fighting Nightmare in "Nightmare in Dreamland." The fact that he's so easy gives me a temporary feeling of supiriority. (Die, ugly dream man!)

Hmm, I like pretty much all the ones from K-64 except Whispy Woods. And I also like Kracko.
