I thought this would be a fun chat for the girls and guys of the X/1999 guild so please enjoy.
[The Ultimate Annoy-Kamui List of Doom]
Tell him Subaru will ditch him for Seishirou.
Paint his clothes pink while he's asleep.
Comb his hair and get it 100% straight.
Kidnap Subaru and make him pay a million dollars to get him back.
Constantly stalk/follow him and glomp him randomly.
Sneak up on him and bonk his head with a metal pot.
Tell him Seishirou has a crush on him.
Randomly appear at his and Subaru's house and demand to live there. (Ya, I know they don't have a house, but ah well.)
Dress up as Seishirou and hug him.
Try to find some matching clothes (like his vampire clothes), stalk him, and argue about you being his real twin.
Lock him in a room and attempt to teach him calculus. ...If he doesn't know it already. x3
Keep sending him boxes of chocolate and other sweets, and make sure he eats it all.
Put lipstick on him when he's asleep, as well as eyeshadow and every other sort of makeup you can think of.
Keep on blabbing to him about his crossover in X and be sure to make no sense at all. :3
Be very serious while you're telling him Ren and Laika are plotting secret plans to keep him and Subaru tied to their backs forever.
Bake him and Subaru cookies, but make sure it's an uneven number so they'll have to figure out who gets the last cookie. >DD
Take him to school with you for show-and-tell, and your classmates will gasp at his amazing vampire-ness.
Try to teach him how to sing a vibrato, and record it and play it on TV.

LOL That's a good way to show how to annoy Kamui. LOL xd
However, I had some doubts about Kamui being annoyed about Subaru. After all, this is based on the fan's idea and we're not sure if Clamp is making Kamui and Subaru a couple. sweatdrop

Tell him that he would always be the uke and never the seme.
Steal all his clothes and put pretty dresses in his closets and drawers.
Have a perverted guy glomp him in unappropriated places.

Although I'm more of a Kamui/Fuuma fan than Kamui/Subaru fan, I think this one would be the killer. sweatdrop
Tell Kamui that his father is same father as Fuuma and Kotori's father.

push him down the rabbit hole into wonderland
puut a bow on Subaru and give it to Seshiro as a present INFRONT of Kamui
and for the Tsubasa fans:
steal his necklace
pay someone to tell him that they are Seshiro's child and that they have come to ake subaru away to wonderland
introduce him to Keiichi

Tell him The other Kamui is really Kotori.
Tell him Fuuma and Subaru are a couple.
Tell him Subaru is dead and Seishirou is inn desguise as Subaru.
