RP Log Taiki Meets Kazegami (pg 496-49 cool Kazegami once again darted across the land in any direction the wind chose to blow. Fall was already among the land and changing the trees to fiery colors. The air was crisp and fresh, and the sky Grey with overcast. The hills were dotted with orange and red leaves from the trees, some miles away even. With every gust of wind more came to the hill like a fiery rain. Kazegami enjoyed this, and it reflected on with the smile on his long face. He went nearly out of his way to run across large clusters of leaves...
Taiki wondered away from where the human he knew was. He had met Kiyoshi, another Quilin that she was taking care of. And he had met someone else. He wondered if there were more. So he want walking on his own.
This time the wind changed toward the black quillin, and Kazegami bound toward him with a wider smile on his face.
"Hullo!" He called.
Taiki saw the large stallion coming towards him, and lowered his head, trying to look as small as possible where he was standing. Maybe this hadn't been such a good idea after all. Maybe he just should have stayed with the human girl. Hello he replied meekly. There was no sense being rude after all.
Kaze stopped four feet from the young quilin. Some leaves that were entangled on his saddle flew forward from the sudden stop, but gently fluttered to the ground.
"Hullo little one." He lowered his head for a greeting bow.
Taiki raised his head and looked up at the larger stallion, and saw the red by his eyes and across his nose. He blinked a few times, and then nodded again. Hello. How are you? Now that the stallion wasn't charging at him, he felt a bit better about being near the older stallion. He didn't feel like he was going to be trampled.
"Ah, good good. Enjoying life." He lifted his head. "And how about you little one? What brings you about?"
I wanted to meet other Quilin. I have met Kiyoshi, the other Quilin that stays around Sky, but I wanted to meet others, so I came out to wonder and see if I could meet anyone else. He examined the stallion a little more closely. What's that one your back?
"The presence of others can bring happiness." Kaze chucked and looked back at his saddle before returning focus to the young one.
"It tells me which way the wind is going to go." He nodded. "That way I know which way to go."
Really? It was intriguing to him, and his eyes lit up. How so? He forgot his earlier fright, and his eyes blazed with curiosity.
"That is a secret, not even I know how it works... but it does and I follow it without question." His tail swayed calmly. "Sometimes life is more fun when you don't know how everything works... It sparks imagination. "
I want to know everything I can. I want to meet as many Quilin as I can. That is my goal. He puffed out his chest proudly, and smiled at the other male.
"That's a big goal, but I think you can do it little one. You will see many things with this goal on mind."
He couldn't help but chuckle at his proud stance.
A goal? What's a goal? He hadn't heard that word before, and he blinked curiously at the stallion. He liked this one. He was nice, and friendly. Sky had told him that there were many Quilin out there that were like this. He didn't believe her until now.
" A goal is something you wish to accomplish....hm, like honesty can be a goal." He lay down so he could be at eye level with the young quillin. "You want to be honest all the time. That is a goal, something you have to work for little one."
This quillin was much more laid back than the other little one he meet a while back. This he liked.
