Ok, everyone. Rules. Every guild has to have them, so here they are. Make sure to read them thoroughly.
> No one but the moderators may use the document post-style. Document post-style is reserved for announcements and important information.
> Regardless of where you're posting, keep to the terms of service (TOS). If it's against Gaia's rules, it's against my rules. All content must be PG-13 and under.
> All role plays must be at least semi-literate. That means no ** for actions, use "" for speech. Use italics for thoughts. Use proper grammar, and make your posts clear. When speaking OOC, use (( )).
> You may not God-Mod or Power-play in any RP without permission.
> Likewise, you may not kill any character without getting OOC permission.
> If you join a role play, remain as active as you can. If you want to quit an RP, PM the creator to ask them to remove your character. Warn the creators when you will be gone for extended periods of time; they reserve the right to delete your profile otherwise.
> I, as the captain of the guild, reserve the right to edit, move, or delete posts if they do not follow the rules of any given RP or of the guild in general.
> To show you've read these rules, refer to the poll. The anaconda needed surgery.
> Please be kind to your fellow guild members. Respect the moderators.
> Spam in inappropriate boards is not tolerated.
> If you change your gaia username, PM me with your previous username, your current one, and what RPs you were part of (what characters you play.)
> Do NOT advertise in the guild's main forum! Advertisements and other spam related threads go in the Writer's Hangout subforum.
> I do not tolerate rule breakers and I will ban you from the guild if you break the rules repeatedly.
> These rules apply to all threads and subforums. Additional rules for each thread and subforum may be added, but they must adhere to these main rules.
> I reserve the right to change, add, or remove these rules as I see fit. This is my guild; I am god.
I apologize if I come off as mean or bossy, but I need to make sure the rules are clear. I assure you, I am actually a nice person and I'm usually lenient, to some extent. If you make a mistake, I won't jump down your throat about it. So relax. : )
