Guild moderator applications are open!
Here's a quick look at the system:
Guild moderators are generally assigned to subforums of their choice, which they watch over as their special domains. However, all crew members collectively watch over all of the subforums and work in communication with other crew to fairly enforce the rules. Being a moderator here means communicating and working well with others.
Qualifications you'll need:
The most important thing I'd like to see, aside from ability to read and abide rules, is loyalty. I don't mean "all the other guilds suck, this is obviously the best," I mean that you'll stay with the guild and grow with it.
Every crew member has a different idea of what makes a good guild moderator, and all of the qualities we feel are important will be considered.
Application:
To apply, please write answers to the following questions. Focus on the first question--your response to it should be fairly long/detailed.
+ What do you think would make you a good moderator? Be honest, not shy--we won't think badly of you for highlighting your good points. It'd be a shame if we missed out on you just because you were too afraid to point them out. =O
+ What's your favorite subforum, and why?
+ Is there a rule violation you see most often? (If you need help, think of the subforum you named above.)
The first question is the most important of the three, so think most about that. The others were thrown in mostly for fun. :3

There's an effort going down with the crew to clean up the Play House subforum a little and make it more organized. However, we're short on help at the moment since a lot of the mods are very busy, so we're looking particularly into hiring moderators interested in helping with the Play House.
So, if you're interested in roleplay and helping out with the guild, we're interested in hearing from you. Same app as above, we are willing to teach you what you need to know in the guild, so don't worry about experience--it's mostly effort, maturity, helpfulness, and so on. And no, you don't have to be a girl to apply (where did people get this idea?). :]

There are a couple of reasons I haven't done that yet...first of all 'cause while most new members would look up there for stuff like that, people who've been with us longer or who've actually paid attention to the forums will usually find this. Also, I'm looking for people who'd stick around, so I'm hoping those will be the ones who're more likely to find this. ;]
I should probably bump it now and then though, hahaha.

Why don't you just put a requirement
to filter new and old members?
Like how many post they made in the guild...
U can see members' post right?

I do look a little at how many posts you have and how often I see you around the guild, though. :] People I tend to see more, even if I don't really talk to them, win a few points on their apps.
