Greetings, students! One might wonder, how can students attend actual courses?
Well, it is rather simple. A Master Teacher is first and foremost responsible for producing a "book". This books is really a few pages of what the courses really teach. Students are expected to read it well. Then, there is hands-on training. The Master Teacher and teachers share the students that participate in each course and practice with them, assigning tasks, grading them, and correcting them, while roleplaying with them in order to teach them what theory can't. Assistants fill in for teachers, posting with the students in mutual exercises.
At some point, the teacher considers the student is ready to move on, usually after a week or two depending on the intensity of posting and difficulty of the course. The student is brought into the attention of the Master Teacher, if not already so, and the Master Teacher decides whether he passes or not. Simple, no?
