I don't paint my nails. I haven't since I was maybe nine. But today during an English lecture, a friend grabbed my hand and painted my nails (very well, mind you) in this pinky-coral color called Just Juicy. Maybe it's intended to be applied before some kind of sexual exploit described with the same adjective. It's thin, so it's more like a veneer than a paint- the whites of your nails show through. I think it's pretty.
Anyway, I don't tend to like pink, but it really grew on me. I might pick up a bottle next time I'm at the grocery store, just to look at.

I personally enjoy black, but at my school we are not allowed any form of nail polish on. I like to put little bits on still though, just because I'm such a rebel rolleyes

I personally think that nail polish looks best on my planner! It's so glossy and shiny. Oh OH! That smooth surface of colourful, heavenly goodness when it dries! :}

Nail polish stinks.
Nail polish remover, doubly so.
And it tastes bad.
Which is a turn off to those us who bite our nails.
So...no nail polish for me.
My grandmother used to dip our fingers in hot sauce to keep us from chewing on them. Unfortunately for her, I loved hot sauce. It worked for my sister though.

I actually enjoy the smell of nail-polish remover. Fortunately, I don't need to sniff it every 5 seconds... Just on occasional days x]

Wow. This is probably the most cosmetic thing I've done in years. I'd even given up on shaving.

It amuses me that as a quasi-gay dude, I can sympathize with some of y'all. (Although I've never really enjoyed any nail polish colors other than black and silver, except for one iridescent blue-purple color that I can't remember the name of.)

I can't stand the feeling of stubble, wherever it may be, and so I routinely shave. Hmm, maybe a tad TMI...

I have to shave.
And I mostly paint my nails black, and then let it slowly chip off and don't bother to use remover until I get yelled at by my mother or something.
But what kind of school doesn't allow nail polish?

I can't stand bodily hair, period.
I'm just lucky as hell my girlfriend agrees.
She uses wax, though.
I consider that more of a mutilation thing than cosmetic,
but to each their own.

but to each their own. I shave the left side, as an experiment. People (mostly my mother) have told me for years all these things about the hygenic state of women who don't shave, and it's not true. Frankly, I'm too lazy to mind. I'm plenty hygenic, but I don't groom. I have a sociology assignment this Friday- I called up one of my mother's friends, who'll be lending me some of her daughter's clothes, provided I shave.

I heart nail polish. I have maybe 40 of them.
I hate the sheer stuff though. What's the point if you can't see it? It is NOT healthy for your nails, no matter what the cosmetics companies tell you. Nails cannot absorb protein or vitamins, certainly not from an enamel.

That sounds like my favorite nail polish... it's by Townley Cosmetics, and it's called La Bamba Blast. I have no idea if they even still make it... or if they still exist... but damn, that is some fine nail polish.
