Kenji uses his Hyuga heritage to open all the chakra ports on his body then uses them to exert his chakra out into the Flame of Konoha creating a orb around his body. Then controlling the flames with his chakra he is able to replicate the '8 Trigrams Heavenly Rotation' of the Hyuga clan into his own move which he can then use offensively or defensibly.
