I like to do the waitress in the Spam skit when I'm bored waiting for my order in a restaurant or we can't decide where to eat--complete with the accent & awful voice. When you start squawking, "We've got spam spam spam baked beans spam and spam--but we're out of baked beans", you find out pretty quickly if there are any Python fans in the vicinity. rofl

Glad I'm not alone.
Do any of you find yourselves with a strong urge to speak in a British accent for the rest of the day after watching Monty Python? xd It's like it's contagious or something!

No one could possibly be alone in the fan of Monty Python arena. I've been watching since I could watch tv. With my parents to boot. Among my favorite quotes are: "I told them we already got one." "I thought you said bacon." "Is that a penguin on the telly?" "He's not pinin' he's pushing up the daisies!" I have more, but those are the ones that immediately come to mind. As a woman it doesn't sound perfect, but I do try to deliver the lines with the proper voice and accent. My husband is English, so the accent isn't so hard-but then it wasn't before I met him either. wink

kristhafur "He's not pinin' he's pushing up the daisies!"
Oh, I adore the Dead Parrot sketch! I think John Cleese would be my favorite Python if I ever really had to choose. 4laugh
