The World of Ethrel is haunted by unkown monsters civilian's call Kagewraiths. The are the things that haunt the stories and nitghmares of the people. The civilian's say they are monsters. But they aren't. They are normal races that have been trained in the art of stealth.
They can bend the shadow's to their will.
Disapear then reappear in any shadow.
But once they are good enough The Council makes them Reyals. Immortal assassin's.
Slayers.
Master's of the Shadows.
The Headquaters is where they reside, and where Kagewraith's recive thir missions and training.
No-one knows where it resides. Not even the Kagewraith's and Reyals themselve. It's made up of Shadows. The only way you can get to it is through shadows.
Many diffrent races make up the Kagewraiths.
Elves, Nymphs, Humans and many other things.

Fifteen years have passed in Ethrel. The great Kagewraiths Council has been massacred and killed off. Coral Aquila, Karma Gorgana, Shadow Genson, and Jake Genson killed them off. During the process Karma was killed, but she wil still be forever remebered. All their names are imprinted in the history of Ethrel. THe legacy of Karma lives on in her daughter Lisse. Now one of the top Kagewraits in the orginization now run by Shadow and Coral. But Ethrel has gone into a dissaray. A prophecy states that the two goddesses and two gods will come back down to the land and continue the war that they've been fighting. No one knows when or how they will ascend and show up. The propecy is not the only thing causing a stir in the world of Ethrel though. Ethrel's government is dying and with the fall of the Ethrel Council of the Nine chaos is rising. Guilds and Orginizations are warring, all wanting to rise to power, all wanting to eliminate their eneimies.

Marcus laughed histericaly. The Target had seen him and had thought t try and kill his assalent, but as he relized what he was fighting color drained from his face.

Marcus held the hugh clay at bay with one han and was laughing at the human's stupidity. In one swift motion Marcus ripped theclaymore from the human's hand and stabed the victom in the heart, fresh blood draining from from his mouth.

"Sleep my friend....," and thats exactly what the man did, and he never woke up.

Blood dripped from Marcus's mouth as he looked up at the newcomer. he was obviosly annoyed but didn't say anything. A shadow extended from a nearby chair inside the house and engulfed him.

He reappered directly in the Council Chambers, his mouth still dripping from his feast. "What!" he said, still annoyed.

Marcus jumped on the offer, "GOOD! Then I might actuly get to finish my meal!" He knew that Coral's and Karmas tactiks had backfired on them, which took the sharpness of his anger away.

Marcus glared at Karma evily but then turned his attention to the Council, "What is it you need?"

"Good, I might actuly get to feed for once," Marcus said crossing his arms, "Are there any condisions? Or do we just kill them all?"

Marcus watched the girls out of the corner of his eye, he didn't trust them but he would have to if they where going on an assignment together.

Marcus nodded and disappered into shadow. A moment later he was in a tent inside the rebel camp. He chuckled when he saw the rather naughty rebel commander and his concubins sleep in the same bed, "to easy." he wispered and snaped the leader's neck.

He did the same with the women, save one young moon elf. He had a special fate for her later. But for now he would make sure she didn't cause trouble and tied her up to a chair while she slept.

He then moved on to killing the other rebels. Some where asleep others whern't. he silently killed all the sleeping ones first and then planed on haveing fun with the awake ones.

((He killed the first commander and sense thats the secound hes in another tent. Otherwise he would have been killed by Marcus as well. so she need not worry bought that. And I dare you to gess what hes going to do to the moon elf.))

Marcus finnaly finished off all the sleepers he could find and made his way to the center of the camp, where the cooks and other nocternal people would likely reside. He was right.

Some people had found the dead sleepers and thus had sounded the alarm, thus they wern't as shocked when marcus boldly walked into a group of them after stabing a man through the heart from behind.

Three men charged and three heads fell to the ground. The others then charged as well, thinking numbers would save them. But Marcus only laughed insanely as he ripped each man limb from limb.

One man braver and stupider than the rest attacked with a claymore. Marcus jumped over his sideswip and grabed the man by the head and threw him into a broken tent pool.

A moment later 20 healthy warriors fell lay on the ground, blood everywhere and Marcus was covered in it. He even licked himself to taste it.
