I'd say Kiba. He seems more capable, also, he wouldn't get distracted by Sasuke...

Kiba would win for sure, even if Ino has mind transfering jutsu, Kiba and Akamaru are a devestating duo thier known to make considerable damage to thier enemies. Kiba wins! ^^

I say Kiba, although, both of them have flaws.
Ino can get distracted by Sasuke or her rivalry with Sakura, and Kiba once lost because of a fart.

kiba would win because aka maru could attack ino's body while she is in kiba's or if she goes into akamaru's, kiba would just use gatsuuga

there is no way ino could win against kiba. kiba is a lot more powerful, and that dog of his can toatally kick butt

But if Ino was to use her mind control technique on Akamaru then Kiba wouldn't be able to hit Akamaru, and I doubt that he would hit a defenseless girl that he knew and was a friend of. Then Akamaru/Ino would be able to attack Kiba, right? Plus Ino now has medical ninja abilities, right? Didn't she start to train as one at the end of the Naruto series? sweatdrop

Kiba would kick Ino's butt. Cause, I mean, let's face it, she is not a god fighter. Kiba could eeeeasily defeat Ino. It would be a total walk in the park, only not as pleasent. And arashi, Kiba would hit Ino, twice as hard as normal if she took over Akamaru. And no she does not try to become a medic at the end of the Naruto series. Sakua is the only gennin that started to become a medical ninja.
