Rai shows up in the arena looking at the new kid. "So you want to fight me?" Rai asks calmly. "Does everyone here thinks I am a push over?" Rai asks calmly as he starts to pull his chakra on his hand. "Fine let me show you the power of the Dragon Kage." Rai says and with that he open his mouth wide and belches forth a huge turent of Fire from the depths of his throat. "Fire Release: Breath of the Dragon."

"Does everyone here thinks I am a push over?" as turent of fire comes fliing at me i dodge the fire it coming too close as it singed my pants laughing i say " no but i wast told to spar with you as a test." pullin gloves on with spikes on it i come running up and start a combo of attacks a flury of kicks and punches

Rai was waiting for this type of response. "You would do well in the Evan's clan." Rai says with a little laugh. Rai's hand is glowing with his cursed chakra and Rai stops the turrent of Fire. As soon as that is done Rai ducks and shoots hit left hand out throwing senbon needless that were doosed in a sleeping posion that would take over almost instantly should they hit the body of this guy. Rai not waiting to see if they hit also throws down some gass bombs filled with the same type of posion as he also pulls on a breathing mask so that he would not be effected. Rai's hand is also starting to take on certain marks that seem to be traveling from his upper arms to his fingertips.

Noticing Rai duck and shoot something I bring up a wall of earth which stops all but one. One needle scratches me arm instanly I head swims and a fall to one knee oh no what is this feeling drowsy I watch Rai throw two bombs which berst in to a cloud of smoke. that must be posion of some sort i pull out a kunia and cut a strip off my shirt and fasten it around my nose and mouth. Shaking away the droseness I stand and kick a piece of the wall at Rai and take a steady stance waiting for full effect of the needles posion to run it's course

Rai looks on with much admiration. "I would take it that you have a blood ability." Rai's voice says across the battlefeild. "I think think that you would like this 'gift' then." Rai says as he does one handed seals for his smokescreen jutsu. Rai starts to move through the smokescreen with no problem as he sees his opponenet through the smoke screen. "You seem to be of the Umera clan. I already have trained one of them.. Shall I train you the same way?" Rai asks his voice a blaze of chuckles. "I think I will do that." Suddenly Rai appears behind the challenger (you dont have a name yet) And pushes his hand at the guys back but then vanishes and tries to hit the guys heart. "Curse seal of Hells undying flame." Durring the time that Rai was talking the posion would have knocked out your response time so that by the time I hit you on the chest you would just be knoticing me behind you.

seeing Rai start to move I stomp down and creat a circle of spikes the next thing I know Rai's hand is inches from my chest wow that was close too close i grab his wrist and yank him forward to beliver a headbutt to his nose. " My name is Phelan."

From Rai's fingertips and two points on his wrist comes out his threads that shove themselves into Phelan's chest. The moment that the threads touch Phelan's blood Rai sends his chakra and then infuses him with the curse seal that Rai had just made. Rai gets hit in the face with the headbutt but does not seem to notice. He smiles and after extracting his threads smiles as his curse seal is show up on the others chest.  (pict of what my curse seals look like)

with a searing pain in my chest i look in shock that my headbutt did nothing i stomp and cause a small tremmer and shoot spike at his knees and chest making him back up i look at the mark that grew on to my chest " whats happening to me?" to protect me i out a small layer of rock over myself and run at Rai useing my daggers to attack high and low manageing to give Rai a small cut on his leg

Rai moves quick enough that all he gets from that is a small cut on his leg. "You have now become my personal experiment. Your life is forfiet to me. If anyone is to try to kill you you will have my backing if on the other hand you try to kill me or anyone that I deem important enough to keep alive you will be reminded of my power by pain. Also if anyone were to kill you I would grow very irrate that i would have to start from scratch with a new experiment." Rai smiles slightly. "Shall we continue?" Rai then pulls out his sword. The sword starts to glow with blackish red chakra. "Time to show you why I am in charge!" Rai rushes in his speed unhindered by the cut on his leg. It was like he had not noticed the cut. Rai swings the sword at Phelan and fire errupts from the stroke balsting out at him.

yes lets continue seeing Rai pull a sword out he swings and it burts into fire. Phelan raises a wall of earth that barly stops the sword and makes the flames burt before they can hit Phelan." that was close." leaping forward Phelan dug one of his daggers into the wall and swing around with a kick to the mid section

Rai's threads shoot out of him and try to slice through the knee cap to put him down.

Using the kick i push off from Rai yanking the dagger from the wall i dance back and parry the threads* oh great what else can those do Phelan stomps on the ground and send a spike of earth towards Rai

The threads are knocked off corse but then move and start to go back and hit Phelan again.
