Teaching and administration positions are available at the Delacroix School for the RP Challenged. We ask that you call ahead to schedule an appointment with Head Mistress Belle Delacroix, for an interview. Thank you and we look forward to hearing from you soon...
((OOC: This idea still needs a lot of work... I'm up for suggestions but here's what I've got so far. I was thinking we could get a group of people to act as teachers or administrators, that way each teacher could teach a different RP related subject and others could stand in when certain teachers or admins are not available. I still need ideas for Postions, Titles, and Classes to teach. I got a few ideas for classes like RP etiquette, Basic RP 101, Godmodding 101, Character Bios, and Creation 101, etc... but I still need more brainstorming, classes, and such... Consider this thread Under Construction, but don't be afraid to post, as I said I need teachers to apply in person, there's a reason behind my methods... I'm considering offering Joint Teacher/crewmember postions, that way the teachers can also enforce the rules and they're teachings. Okay now I'm gonna go post the first post... laterz wink ))

Belle Delacroix sat at her desk inside of the large empty school building. She was waiting for phone calls answering her ads in the local news paper. The begining of the school year was just around the corner and she had no teachers, and no Administrators on staff. Belle was begining to get a bit paniced, she wondered why she had taken her fathers post as Head Master At the Delacroix School for the RP Challenged she didn't even know where to start. She twiddled a piece of hair that had strayed from her tight dual buns, with her other hand she brushed a piece of lint from the brown uniform she always wore when she was working at the school. She looked out of the huge window in her office, "What a beuatiful day," She groaned unhappily, "Why can't I be out there instead of being couped up in this awful school working..." She mumbled to herself. At that very moment the phone began to ring, She almost fell backward out of her seat. She quickly leapt back to her feet and grabbed the receiver from the hook... "Hello? You've reached Bella Delacroix, Head Mistress of The Delacroix School for the RP Challenged, How can I assist you?" Belle grinned as she went through the whole shpeel...  Belle Delacroix

Well I figured that could be another part of the screening process, which person did what rp part better, or something so we make sure the right people get the right positons.

I wouldn't go through and say that someone's post is worse, I would just take a post and analyze what was good about a post, or what could be changed to enhance it. But if people are new they might be too hesitant to post if they think they are going to be negatively criticized.

There were no lights on in the office, the only light source was a huge window behind the desk, it gave the place a ominous look. Belle was sitting in the chair at the desk facing the window with the back of the chair facing the door. She had nodded off for a moment while waiting for her first interview, there was a knock at the door but she was busy dreaming. However when she heard the voice in the room she squealed and leapt out of the seat, "Who's there?"

Belle smiled, "Oh no, it's not a bad time, I was just napping and you surprised me." Belle stepped around to the other side of the desk, and extended her hand giving Kitara a strong handshake, "I'm Belle Delacriox, please have a seat." She motion toward the seat in front of the desk as she walked towalk the door to turn on the light switch, then she moved back to the desk. "I'm deperately in need of a staff," Belle grinned as she sat down, "So Miss.Kitara, what are your qualifications?"
