-places notes around the area they read- hello im looking to make a sqaud of rouge ninjas so i can crush my enemies and usually the rouge ninjas are strongest p.s only come if u r an S ranked criminal

fine but b prepared to lose in my old village i took out the kage there and the kage in an allied village
