Too easy. I'm a semi-master at imageready and animation via imageready so this contest has already been won.
Maybe lay down some rules? Like.. what kind of banner? Because when I hear banner I think of large banner that fits a page.
Also: No animation this time sorry. xD

the banner must have the Word Megaman Starforce in it and must not be over 200 height and 80 width.
