alright im resurecting the guild. ineed each of you to come here so we can deliberate. i have a good friend included. Dragon_of_the_west. he is awesome and is a great asset to the guild. i have chosen you all because i think you are all good and i think you have great imaginations. so together we should be able to put something good together.lets get started!

im here sorry im late but my net cut out. i called you guys here so we can figure out a way to make this a great thriving guild. i have an idea. dragon created this great faction in our other guild that he lead and took over village after village. and it was great fun fughting them. and we got a kick out of fighting each other eh dragon? but i dont know if we can get anything going for the bleach side. as far as a villain. so thats why i called stark. and i am only good as a protagonist. and i know lots of ways to get a protagonist story running. but satomi is here because i think he can have valuable input also. so lets get this deliberation started.

alright but since not every one is here at the same time i think we will have to keep cheeking back so often right. Also i could do the villains rule quite well and also leave me in charge or realism. Because as 17 and maby a few of you might know what i do. So going back i can keep every thing from likes lets say your a new shinigami i will not allow you to go into banki right away not that is not realism you wanna keep it realist.

alright we should start that as a guideline for all new shinigami. i think we should aloit a number of posts needed. the same for ninja with a keikkei genkai.

as for the hallow side
start as a hallow

The problem with that system though is that you'll have to monitor and choose what kind of posts are acceptable to that limit. Otherwise, it wouldn't take long at all for someone to become a seated officer or Adjuchas.
