Depends if you're talking about main banner. Folly'll make the main banner, and everyone else who knows how can make them if they want ((I don't know how... cry ))

Maybe everyone could make a banner (if they want to make one, of course) and then we could vote for our favorite banner. Anyone thinks this is a good idea?

Folly asked first and politely to make the banner, and I said yes...I know she'll do a great job making the banner. Can't we at least wait for her to finish it?

Voting is fair, but let's not jump to any conclusions. I have complete faith in Folly's ability to make banners, and I think she's going to make an amazing one.
