The winner of each game will be the one with the most points. The winner of the Quidditch Cup will be the one with the most accumulated points, not wins.
How to play: Simply RP your actions and follow the following rules.
wahmbulance Chasers
-Post that you have intercepted or stolen the quaffle in the quaffle thread.
-You cannot score twice in a row
-You cannot recieve the quaffle and score in the same post.
-You can only intercept 5 passes per game.
-You can only steal the quaffle from another player (directly, not including pass interceptions) 5 times per game.
-Please keep track of your own steals/interceptions. In red, post "Steal x/5" or "interception x/5", with 'x' being the number of steals you've had this game.
-one team cannot score twice in a row unless there are at least 10 posts since the last goal.
-you can put the quaffle into play after a goal.
wahmbulance Beaters
-Simply post in the quidditch thread when you are hitting the bludger at someone.
-If they do not react to your post soon enough I will post that they have been hit and are temporarily out of the game.
-You cannot say that you have actualy hit someone. Either me or the person will post whether or not you hit them.
wahmbulance Seekers
-You may post as if you have seen or are chasing the snitch.
-You may not post that you have caught the snitch.
-After the game has gone on for a while I (Sweet Rebellion) will edit someone's post to have the word "snitch" in it.
-I will tell you within 24hrs of the snitch being posted. What this means is that at the time of the warning post the snitch may have been posted up to 24 hours before that post or may be posted up to 24 hours after that post. You won't know, and it probably won't be exactly 24 hours. Yes this does mean that it is possible that someone could find the snitch before the warning post is posted, so do keep that in mind.
-When you find that post you must quote it. Once you do that you can post that you have caught the snitch and have ended the game.
wahmbulance Keepers
-After someone has posted that they have scored a goal you can post saying that you have blocked it.
-You can only block the last goal scored. (ex: if someone scores a goal, but one of your team mates scores a goal before you get a chance to block it then you have lost your chance to block)
EVERYONE
Please keep in mind that you are not the perfect Quidditch player.
-You can only RP your position.
-Only chasers and keepers can handle the quaffle
-Only beaters can hit a bludger. Everyone else can either dodge, get hit, or hit the bludgers back with your broom...just not every time.
-Only the seeker can catch a snitch. (be careful posting where it is, as the other team could get there first)
-Beaters cannot score, nor can keepers.
-If you want to enter an alternate into the game the character they are replacing needs to roleplay themself out of the game. If they are filling in for someone who could not make the game (for example because they're on vacation) just be sure to notify me (Sweet Rebellion) of that before the start of the game.
-Rules are subject to change.
