The first chapter wasn't too bad...I haven't decided yet if I'll buy it though...I'm kinda torn. I did like it, but I didn't love it. I do really want to find out about the romances, so I may just have to buy it... sweatdrop

I read it, and it was pretty good. I don't know quite yet if I will buy it if it comes out, but it wouldn't be the worst to buy!!

I'm like that too. I haven't read it yet, but I probably wouldn't buy something unless I absolutely loved it.
I read a synopsis, sounds a little like Kare Kano, but who knows.

It was okay, but nothing really special.

Well, I bought the manga book, and wow, I loved it!!
SPOILERS (highlight them if you wish to see): I love Kei and Hikari's relationship! Well, the fact that Kei cares so so much about Hikari, but she is totally oblivious to it. She's the only one that can make him frantic, or happy, or anything else, and it's so sweet!! I can't wait until she starts returning his feelings!

I bought the first volume a few days ago and I absolutely love it! ^^
Spoiler:I love how Kei just loves how Hikari hates him so much. But she's so dense. I also love Tadashi and Akira! They are so cute together!

Special A isn't really that much like Kare Kano. In Kare Kano...they only compete for like...two chapters really.
The entire first half of this series (at least) in Special A, Hikari is crazy trying to defeat Kei. Actually...I've read stuff (summaries mostly) up to chapter 70-something and she's still trying to beat him.
The plot really isn't anything special, but I love the characters in this manga. They're all so fun. Especially Jun's extra-personality! That's just great!
