Any person can start a Role Play, and with the creator's permission, can start a group on the guild that has to do with a role play.
For example, say someone wanted to make the groups Vandals and Busters for the BUSTERS role play, they can do that with the owner's permission, and post here.
Post here if you want to propose a group.
