[not the example: what you do you describe what you think about the person above from what you have seen. i use ^ to point to the person, and usually type what i think next to or under the ^.

{It's sorta like You just make up or say something about the person above you. And instead of saying the name, put a ^. and when referring to yourself, say <>. And then when you want to say something about the person who isn't directly above you, count how many people they are above you and put that many ^'s Baisically, I just re-worded what waga_ruler_ said... but yeah.....} sweatdrop
