Lobby On the first floor of the elegant lobby, one can find a well stocked bar, a comfortable, modern lounge, and a set of tranquil fountains. The front desk, located near the front door, has a list of floors and their contents. Beyond the bar and the lounge is an inner courtyard, filled with exotic plants that seem to go on forever. To the left of the front desk, opposite the bar, ironically enough, is a state-of-the-art kitchen, wrought for the culinary inclined and those barely able to make macaroni and cheese.
Courtyard The courtyard is a temperature controlled pocket universe, designed with meandering pathways, bridges over babbling brooks, and the occasional mechanized animal.
Second Floor The second floor houses a state-of-the-art library, full of paperbacks, hardcovers, and computers hooked to a vast database, capable of downloading any book onto portable readers docked next to each station. The library has several quiet reading rooms, and a grand piano close to the door.
Third Floor On the third floor there is a collection of the very best exercise equipment, as well as a large pool, sectioned off for lanes. In the pool area, there is also a sauna and a hot tub for relaxing after hard work-outs. In addition to these, there is a shifting game facility to facilitate many different kinds of sports, randing from tennis courts, to basketball courts, and beyond, all at a touch of a button.
The Roof The roof is accessible from both the elevator (which strangely enough goes to the roof) and a staircase from the second highest floor. There is a break-proof polymer all around the perimeter of the roof, so jumping would be quite difficult. Here there is a roof-top pool with sunning chairs as well as a mini-bar for refreshment. A high-rise oasis in the sky with a breath-taking view of the city. Gazing out, one would be amazed at the beauty of such an ugly city.

Fourth Floor and Up - Apartments Each apartment includes an individual kitchenette, a bedroom, a living space, a luxurious bathroom, though these are simply the basics. Remodeling can be requested through forms on the front desk, and any kind of living space can be created, from jungle depths to dank dungeon. Also, please note, tenants are intended to have seperate rooms, not share rooms with each other... Please reflect this in RP. Interactions are intended for the rest of the building/town, not just the apartments/bedrooms... If you know what I mean.
Penthouse Suite The top floor of the apartment complex is taken entirely up by a penthouse suite. It can only be accessed through a special keycard slot in the elevator, and only the one living there can access it. Who lives there is unknown, since the room assignment list isn't available to tenants, but they obviously are important enough to get their own floor to live on.

Staff The staff of the Sunset Apartments is sparsely to be found. It consists entirely of the following:
Mrs. Krenshaw: A portly, peevish old woman in 50's pointed framed glasses who can be found, most often, not in her desk but in the office behind the front desk. Aways, she is oddly enough, listening to French music from the 50s and 60s and 70s on her iPod. Her bright red hair is starting to grey but her sharp brown eyes are always watching like a hawk. She calls herself "Mrs." because, even though Mr. Krenshaw has long been dead, she just can't bring herself to stop. To her, she will always be "Mrs. Dr. Peabody Krenshaw."
Ellie: Call her enaything else, and there's certain hell to pay. She is the AI that runs the elevator. She does not often speak to tenants, but when she does... She's always causing trouble. Her main rival is Emery. Her favorite topics are fashion and room design. Sometimes, she'll pipe up and advise a tenant of how to restyle their hair or to redesign their room. Sometimes, she'll refuse to let a tenant "Go out like that."
Emery: The AI that monitors the emergency stairs. He doesn't speak often, but when he does, he likes to speak of poetry and philosophy. After all, anyone taking the stairs probably has the time.l He pretends to be the rival of Ellie, but really he's deeply attracted to her.
Tilly: The AI that was created to assist in cooking speaks from the tiled counters in the main kitchen on the labby floor. She can be accessed in each individual apartment, but only when called for by name. At her disposal is a library of recipes stretching back centuries and the computer's ability to intuit, from past meals, adjustments to said recipes to fit individual tastes. She dreams of playing piano, though. Not that she can, since she's just a voice, but still...
Maid no Jitsu: The cleaning staff of the Sunset Apartments are a clan of ninja who specialize in cleaning. Tenants will almost never see them, but will know when they've been around for windows suddenly shine brighter and litter-bugs find pockets stuffed with trash.
There is no other on the payroll of the Sunset Apartments. There is no chef. No bartender. No librarian. No work-out instructors. These are activities that tenants are expected to either assist each other in, or perform by themselves.
