Time and place:
The bustling port metropolis of Deliverance, a city akin to New York City 100 years from today. Full of crime, grime, and drugs that can knock you into the next century (literally). The cops are on the take, the criminals are despicable, and every day people are barely able to scrape out a living. The only people who are successful in this dingy, city full of shades of grey, are the people who throw scruples to the wind.
The city:
The city itself is full of anything you might want, you only need to look for it. There are clubs, restaurants, factories, and shops of all kinds. The city streets are congested with cars, and the best way to get around is the subway. Though, traveling out into the choking heat and sea-side humidity is never quite comfortable.
