While Mahora's buildings are more influenced by Western civilizations, There are still places accessible to students to go out onto the rooftop, made safe by a large chain-link fence around the perimeter. Many students come up here to eat lunch, converse, sleep, or space out. Also a good place for a private and meaningful conversation.

Daisuke entered into the cool night air on top of the roof, and his gaze was immediately drawn upward to the sea of stars overhead. Because of the almost-full moon, his normally copperish hair radiated with a silvery sheen.
"So... There was something you wanted to ask me?"

She looked at the ground sadly, "I'm really sorry... I didn't mean to overhear your conversation or anything! I mean... I just felt compelled to talk to you guys and stuff because, well the truth is, I don't have a lot of friends... people think I am weird because of my disorder and stuff... I won't tell anyone I promise...<3 But if you don't believe me, that's okay too I guess... sad " her voice kind of trailed off.

Daisuke was sweating bullets. He wasn't used to talking to someone like this, and she seemed to not be bothered by the fact that there were real-life mages all around her. "Umm... I suppose... But this is a problem, you realize... We can't be having mundanes knowing about this..."

Daisuke had rarely been put in a quandary like this. If he could, he would not hesitate to erase her mind at once; but he was at a loss for such magic at the moment. He started conferring to himself quietly. "Damn... She can't know, but I don't really have any options... Unless.... NO. no, I can't do that. Out of the question. But... there's no other ways... damn it...."
