He only wears his actual Shinigami Kimono when he feels like it, but he usually wears it. When he dosen't he's wearing the clothes in the picture.
Zanpaktou: Tenbatsu,(Lightining warrior)
Discription: It appears as a masamune(sword Sephiroth uses), but when it is released in Shikai form the blade turns black. The effects of his shikai allow him to control wind slightly.
Bankai:
His bankai's effect on his clothes(when wearing his shinigami kimono, it dosen't effet his apperance if he isn't wearing it):
His sword also changes, as it does in the picture only though the blade is black here as well.
His Bankai's effect: It increases his speed incredibly, and allows him to create tornado's around his sword or small gust of winds that emulate hurricanes.
Vizard: Konin also has a Vizard form, when it activates half of his face is covered in a white mask:

When he go's vizard form his sword can ditatch into multiple parts, like a blade whip and he make his sword into a deadly weapon for gathering or just using wind.
