Houses:
Crab- Emphasize the use of armor, great strength, and unusual weapons.
Crane- Emphasize speed and agility.
Dragon- Studies two-weapon fight and unarmed combat.
Lion- Emphasize strategy, intelligence, and sterngth of will.
Phoenix- Emphasize mental and spiritual training.
Scorpion- Emphasize mobility, deception, and dirty fighting.
Unicron- Emphasize besting mouted combatant, archery, sherkins and sniping.
Levels.
Welp or suta-ta-: Just begining to be a ninja and or never been on a ninja mission.
Shadow or niban: 1 or 2 A-rank missions or has been training under a master for a long amoute of time.
Spook or sa-do: 3 or more A-rank missions and or at lest 1 B-rank mission.
Phantom or youkai: 4 or more A-rank missions and 1 or more B-rank missions.
Shade or she-do: 5 or more A-rank missions and 2 or more B-rank missions.
Wraith or muttsu: 6 or more A-rank missions and 3 or more B-rank missions.
Vampling or shinzan: 7 or more A-rank missions, 4 or more B-rank missions and at lest 1 C-rank mission.
Changeling or kakuchou: 8 or more A-rank missions, 5 or more B-rank missions and 1 or more C-rank missions.
Viper or mikiki: 9 or more A-rank missions, 6 or more B-rank missions and 2 or more C-rank missions.
Savant or joshu: 10 or more A-rank missions, 7 or more B-rank missions and 3 or more C-rank missions.
Destroyer or hakaisha: minimum of 10 A-rank missions, 8 or more B-rank missions, 4 or more C-rank missions and at lest 1 D-rank mission. May take a sensei position.
Iconoclast or jiei: minimum of 10 A-rank missions, 9 or more B-rank missions, 5 or more C-rank missions and at lest 1 D-rank mission. May take a sensei position.

Mission Ranks.
The ones given are just the ones we can think of. Remember the staff gets to pick which one you will do. So remember it is a help us and we help you back kind of thing. (Standard rewards for each level will be picked up over time though right now A rank will give at least 500 gold.)
A: Low risk.
100 bugs of a color
100 of a type of flower
100 Old Cans
B: Moderate risk.
C: High risk.
D: Very High risk.
Note: I Redlaw have added some detail to this post. As time goes on things will be adjusted and redone. Part if this is of my own accord and will be talked over will amberphire over time. (Also things will be added onto greatly once the MMO is added onto gaia.)

I'm rather thoughtful, and sometimes I even space out, be for warned. I will admit that I have an addiction to sweets, but they say admittance is the first step toward recovery! sweatdrop I'm also a light weight, so please don't let me drink too much... I'm an herbalist by hobby, but I'm told I'm quite good. I'm currently seeking an herbalist in my House to train me to be a healer.
I typically like to take the defensive in battle, seeming as I'm not physically inclined. I'm pale as a ghost and burn easy on top of getting heat stroke if left in direct sunlight. Give me a good perch in a tree to cast a little hypnotic attack, and I'm all good. *wave*
