Well, its almost time to go back to school...why not show a little school spirit like this:

Mine was a Centaur when I was in High School.

Beginning September 1, I will be offering Athletic banners, which will have the school colors and a message but with a more athletic theme. Here are some guidelines for banners. They are harmless:

1. E-mail me (vercettivc1@netscape.net) and let me know this info:
School Colors
School Logo (have a picture or link if possible)
A message
Miscellanous stuff (i.e a big banner or small)
Note: If you want your avi to be on the banner, I can do that
2. let me know whether you want it to be delivered by e-mail or on Gaia via PM
3. This is common sense, but no names. I mean first names of people. These banners are meant to be shown to everyone.
4. No profanity in the messages. You can tell me to put it in, but Ill find a harmless (and possibly square) alternative to it. (idiots and other insults, Im kind of shaky on. If you want those words put in, I have to know how their going to be used.)
5. These are meant to be colorful and decorative banners. Even if a guild member has a banner of your hated enemy (Such as Osseo and Maple Grove), do not start bashing their school. I see this, I will warn you. Do it again, and you may get into more serious trouble from me or the captain and other crew members. However, I think this guild has some of the most mature members in Gaia, so I think this will be the only time Ill need to mention it.
6. The mods tell you to take the banner off, do it. Ive had that happen in the past. Its nothing serious, most likely the banner is too big. Tell me, and Ill alter it so you can put it on.
7. If you dont like it, please tell me and Ill fix it. Otherwise, I cant help you.
8. If you transfer to another school and want another banner, make sure to let me know.
9. Enjoy them!

These are guidelines, not rules, meaning you wont get in trouble if you break them (aside from the bashing part). These are simply written so you can make a good banner. Thank you. biggrin

You think that's bad? My school mascot is the Breeze. It's so pathetic...not that we really have organized sports anyway...
