Well hey all its been a while.

I bought two double compression vests from underworks, they arrived today and they are my size, but I cant get them on. Has anyone purchased the same product and had problems getting it on?

I tried putting my arms up through and but I couldn't even get my head in, I think it might be to do with how broad my shoulders are.

:/ so...help?

ps -
I have been accepted at the gender identity clinic in London, and my appointment is on November the 16th <3333 I'm so happy.

I've heard people say this so many times. As far as I can tell, they're just a b***h like that - I've been advised that the way round it is to step into the thing and drag it upwards.

yeah, i had the same problem with mine. mine was a bit too small as well, so that didn't help either. i did do it the way Spatterdash says to do it. it was still hard as hell, especially with hips getting in the way. i couldn't stand the underworks binder and have since gotten rid of it because i just couldn't imagine getting into it every day for a long period of time... and forget getting out of it when you're hot and frustrated and feel trapped inside it! i've heard once you get the hang of it it's okay, but i just couldn't deal with it. for now i'm using my neoprene waist trimmer and i'm awaiting a t kingdom binder to come in the mail from a friend. maybe with it being velcro (adjustable) i will like it better. my boobs are big, but also really squishable (partly from being saggy, partly from binding changing the consistency of them). i just need something easier to put on and take off. and something that can be a little looser if i need it to be.

good luck with your binder - hopefully you get used to it better than i could.

Maybe you actually do need a size bigger. I got mailed by a friend some XS binders, and while I can get them on, it's extremely difficult and very tight around the shoulders/arms. I also can't remove it at all without help. Basically, I'd be stuck with it all day and night unless someone got it off for me. I wonder if the same would happen if I had a size S binder.

I had the same problem, and called the underworks customer service number. They said that most guys step into it. It works.

I had that same problem
but I had to get a size up because of my shoulders
underworks is usually good about returns for size if you have to, just call them up.
now I just pull mine over my shoulders and it binds fine. being part german and polish sucks sometimes, haha.

I had the same problem. The first time I tried it on it took me about 10-20 minutes to get it. xD After a while its pretty easy to do so, I have broad shoulders too so I guess that might be part of the problem. I guess it just takes time.

For me, I rolled it up, got it on over my head and shoulders, then rolled it down.

It is tough when you first start using them, but they soften up over time.

Especially tough when you'd wear two at the same time to get properly flat. >>
