So here's the scoop, darlings. I said before the this is going to be a completely group-related story for those who want to participate in it.
A note here: you can participate as little or as much as you want. If you only want to vote, that's fine. We just want to know how the group feels.
What we're going to be doing is this: I will be making announcements in this thread of questions that we're posing to the group. These will be plot-related questions, each with their level of importance. Not every detail will be seem important to the story, but do realize that while big details are great for a plot, the small ones count just as much.
These announcements will start after I get confirmation from everyone, to make sure that everyone knows of this story. I don't want to start things and then find out that not everyone knows ("Sere! You're so unfair! Why the heck did you start this without meh?!").
Also, an important note here, the members that I have listed are the ones that I've communicated in some way, shape, or form within the last year. If you are a member of this guild and really want to participate in this, please pm me and let me know.
So anyway, ya know, now that I think about it, I might start posting the questions early so that everyone can start thinking about what they would like to suggest.
Each question will have two weeks of consideration: one week for figuring out your suggestions and submitting them, one week for voting. The only way that this would end early is under the following: for the first week, if everyone registered for this event sent in a suggestion or if everyone registered either sent in a suggestion or reported that they aren't going to be sending in a suggestion; for the second week, if the number of cast votes equals the number of registered participants.
For the suggestions, I'm not going to be posting who made the suggestion until after the winner is declared. I just think that's nifty somehow. I really want everyone who made a suggestion that will be used for the story to receive credit for their contribution. I think they deserve it, a know?
Hmm. I think that's all I have to say. I'll be posting a growing list of upcoming questions in my next post, just because I worry that I'll forget them otherwise. xD;
